After you have made a purchase, a link for download will be available for you in the History of your purchases. Just click the link to download files. All files are zipped and you will need an unzipper program which we recommend: 7-Zip WinRAR Zip Archiver Keka PeaZip You can also access your purchases any time from your account.

It is always advised that you use a computer or laptop to download and edit your templates. You will not be able to open them on your smartphone. For editing your template you only need an account on Canva.com. Whether it is a free or pro account.

There is a bundle of templates for different purposes - personal planners/templates for posts on Instagram/business presentations and other. Choose what would best fit your objective.

If the download stops but hangs and fails to complete, try canceling the download and saving to a different location on your computer. If you click the download link and nothing happens, try right-clicking on the link and selecting “Save As”. If you still have issues downloading your bundles, clear your cache and cookies and try again. If that also doesn’t help, try a different browser. If none of the above scenarios apply to fix your problem, please contact our support via e-mail and we will send you an alternate download link.

Make sure you have unzipped your files. Once they are unzipped you’ll be able to access everything inside. If you have unzipped your folder but the content inside won’t open or is corrupt, please try the following: Delete everything and try to download again. Make sure your internet connection is working well as files will get corrupt if you internet cuts out during the download process. Make sure you are using the right program to open/read your content. We only use standard formats with our content so you should already have everything you need to open/read your content, such as PDF reader, Image Viewer. Left click and select ‘open with’ and select the right program for the file type. If you are still having issues reading/opening your download, please please contact our support via e-mail and we will help you.

When you make a purchase from us you’ll find your files inside your account under the section called History. These links will stay in your account until the template listing has been removed from our store. It is important that you download your content bundles as soon as possible as old orders can not be retrieved once removed from the site.

If you already own a product you will see Already Purchased displayed on the product image to let you know the product has been previously purchased. Also all your purchases will be located in a section "History"

We are so confident in our products that we offer a 7-day money back guarantee. If you find our products are not compatible, corrupt or are missing on download we can refund you the price you paid. As part of our refund policy you must allow us sufficient time to solve the problem. Most issues are resolved within 7 days and if we cannot resolve any issue within 7 days after claiming we will provide a full refund. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we can refund the price you paid within 7 days if you have not downloaded any files to your device. If you are happy to continue with your purchase and download the files, please test your products within the 7-day period to ensure satisfaction. You can pay via your Debit or Credit Card of any bank. If your payment fails for any reason, please contact your card issuer/bank to confirm your card is enabled to make international purchases. Ucanvi Bundles are based in the UK, so oftentimes banks can block our transactions, even through Stripe.
